By inviting and using DoubleD Bot, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service (ToS). Thanks for choosing DoubleD!

🔞Age requirement

• The bot may not be used by individuals under the minimal age described in Discord's Terms of Service. Features contains commands are marked as NSFW may not be used by individuals under the age of maturity in their country.

🧵User Conduct

• Users must use the bot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not use the bot to engage in any illegal or malicious activity.

👁️Ownership

• The bot and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the creator. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the bot without the creator's prior written consent.

🧮Limitations of Liability

• The creator of the bot is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the bot, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

🎭Disclaimer of Warranties

• The bot is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

🔮Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator of the bot from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from their use of the bot.

🛢️Termination

• The creator may terminate a user's access to the bot at any time and for breaking any of the terms or disrespecting admins, mods, and or developers of the bot.

🎛️Modifications

• The creator reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time and without notice. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms of service for changes.

👔Governing Law

• These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator is located.

⭐PRO

• We reserve the right to remove a PRO as soon as that person does any illegal activity.

• The resale of PRO codes is prohibited.

🧱Entire Agreement

• These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the user and the creator of the bot and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

↩️ Refund

• If you buy the wrong type of PRO key, its your fault for not reading clearly.

• There is no refund option, you have to take full responsibility when you purchase.

🚫 Shutting down DoubleD

• We reserve the right to take DoubleD offline at any time with a valid reason. We do not refund anything.
